During restaurant week, Governors Eatery and bar will offer three special dining options, Chef’s invitation, Comilona and House Pours. Explore the details and the menus below.

Comilona… $35 per person
Comilona is a word used in Spanish speaking countries to describe a feast. Prepare for a dining experience with an array of tasty petit plates served simultaneously and designed to be shared. Grab yourself a seat in the bar lounge and create your own meal by choosing 6 plates from the menu. The hardest decision will be what to try first.

Chef invites you to experience four courses showcasing six specialty dishes. We welcome you to indulge in this unique dining experience to explore chef’s palate. Your evening will begin with a tasting of carefully selected wines and a full pour of your preferred wine will be served for you to enjoy with your meal. Each of the four courses will be served at your leisure and plated in a style to be shared, allowing each diner to taste all of the dishes on the menu.
