Join Maria Lempriere of Peihana Farm and Martina Murray of Blue Petal for a morning of peaceful nurturing in the valley of Okoki, North Taranaki. We’ll take a meander through the lush gardens and orchards at Peihana Farm, harvesting herbs and produce as we go. Maria will talk about preserving the flavours of summer followed by herbalist, Martina, making refreshing herbal drinks in an hour’s long workshop. A delicious, nutritious lunch will be served alfresco.
