Come and watch Nico (of Toret Cucina Italiana,) cook up an Autumnal Feast with local ingredients from the Taranaki Farmers Market.  He will share his tips on making the most of the season, championing simple, local ingredients with his award-winning flair.  You will finish with some lovely seasonal petit fours from local Mattie Patisserie.  Tickets include a welcome glass of Known Unknown wine or a Shining Peak beer, recipe cards, a voucher for 10% of Toret pasta and a Farmers Market Taranaki shopping bag.  (Attendees can pick these up at the Farmers Market on Sunday.)
