FEAST for ALL: Come and join our sliding-scale community event. Co-hosted by FEASTival and Founding Sponsor, See it in the City to benefit our local On The House charity that provides surplus food to our community. rom 5:30 – 7pm in the Huatoki Plaza come eat and pay what you can, with DJ Kritikl bringing the good vibes all to benefit this fabulous charity.
NPDC’s Love Food Hate Waste initiative will also run a pop up cooking demonstration using surplus food and information how you can reduce your household waste. Did you know New Zealanders throw away the equivalent to 213 jumbo jets of food a year? We can help reduce this by supporting causes like On the House or other creative ideas.
