Held in Barbara’s home in Oakura – a rustic retreat of maximalist fabulousness. You will be entertained over a slow lunch showcasing fresh local produce and warm breads (of course!), with imaginative summer drinks. Meet new people and have fun while you explore simple bread-making techniques fired in Alan’s earth oven (if it’s sunny). Arrive under-nourished, unskilled and lonely and leave sated with floury hands and fabulous new friends.
