“Mothers & Makers” is a sensory journey through the ‘garden-to-jar’ philosophy of Blue Petal. Starting in our rural Herb Field at the foot of Mt Taranaki, guests will harvest seasonal botanicals before moving into ‘The Hearth Room.’ There, you will engage in a guided flow of four stations: crafting herb-Infused Vinegars, Herb Feta-in-Oil, Spiced Honey and a Honey Face Mask. The evening concludes with a curated tasting table featuring our NZ Food Award-finalist Oxymels and botanical seasonings.
