Head Chef Josh Klaassen from The Burnt Place Bar & Kitchen and Pit Master Campbell Mason from Caffeinate Hawera have joined to bring you a five course dinner, exploring the use of Spice, Smoke or Grill elements in cuisine.
You will also be able to purchase their specialty cocktails using the Spice, Smoke & Grill elements and featuring Taranaki producers, Zoa Liquor, Juno Gin, Fenton St Distillery, Shining Peak Breweries and LWF Distillery. Cocktails are available to purchase on the night.
