Celebrate the arrival of spring and the release of Juno’s Spring 2024 Gin with a Degustation Lunch featuring a collaboration between Juno Distillery and Novotel’s Haukai Bistro!
Enjoy an exquisite 4-course Chef’s choice experience crafted by Haukai’s Executive Chef Richard Ponder and his team to highlight the freshest seasonal ingredients and artfully paired with bespoke gin cocktails & samples.
Start the event in Juno’s distillery with canapes and a cocktail in hand. You’ll see where the magic happens, where award-winning spirits are created while starting your own taste journey. Each course is thoughtfully designed by Haukai to complement the unique profiles of Juno’s 2024 Seasonal Gins.
