Hosted by Head Judge and spirits commentator Tash McGill this will be a guided tasting which discusses spirit categories, what the judging panel are looking for, and how each of the spirits met the brief to be awarded the trophy.
Tickets include tasting and catering from The Silo.
Spirits will be introduced in pairs (one clear and one barrel-aged) and guests can choose which one they want.
